Current forward work program
The Reliability Panel’s work program is set by requirements in the National Electricity Rules (NER) and through terms of reference received from the AEMC. The Panel uses these to guide its strategic direction such that it may offer robust industry insights to its stakeholders.
Upcoming projects
The Panel will be completing the following projects in 2026:
- 2026 Reliability Standard and Settings Review
- Review of the Template for Generator Compliance Programs
- FY2025 Annual Market Performance Review
The Panel will also be engaging with AEMO in relation to providing feedback on the 2025 transition plan for system security.
